Hi, I'm Jason, the School Business Manager at Thomas Hickman School. I work behind the scenes to help ensure the school runs smoothly, creating a safe, welcoming and well-resourced environment where our pupils and staff can thrive.

As School Business Manager, I oversee many aspects of the school's day-to-day operations, including finance, facilities, health and safety, HR and IT. Working closely with our Headteacher and staff, I help ensure that everything behind the scenes supports the excellent education and experiences we provide for our children.

I enjoy finding new ways to improve our school, whether that's developing our learning environment, securing funding for projects or making our systems more efficient. Seeing ideas become reality and knowing they make a positive difference for our pupils is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping up with the latest technology and getting out on the open road whenever I can. Whether I'm exploring somewhere new or simply enjoying the drive, it's a great way to relax and recharge.
