Spring 1 Field of Study:

We have absolutely loved our 'Starry Night' Field of Study this term. The children have really shown their creative skills and are developing their independence throughout their learning. It has been brilliant to see them all so settled into Preschool life. They are becoming such confident, determined learners. We cannot wait to see what we will discover in our next Field of Study 'Dinosaur Roar!’ Please click on the link below to see what we will be learning!

DINOSAUR ROAR!

Autumn One Field Of Study:

Muddy Ducks Pre-School have learnt so much this term from 'Incredible Me!’ We have drawn self-portraits, identified people who help us and chatted LOTS about our favourite thing: ME! It has really helped to create confident, independent learners! The children have settled into the class routines brilliantly and we are so proud of their hard work.

FOS: INCREDIBLE ME!

Autumn Two Field Of Study:

This term our Field of Study is 'Starry Night' and we cannot wait to explore the differences in the world at night compared to during the day. We will learn all about the importance of a good night's sleep and discover what happens in the world while we are sleeping.  From 31st October, the class teacher will send out a weekly ‘memo’ on Tapestry, outlining the Key Text and learning for the week with some suggestions of activities you can do at home to support your child’s learning. We hope that this will give you a clearer picture of the exciting opportunities your child has in school each day and some of the strategies we use to help develop their skills and understanding.
